Hi-5 Care Services was founded with the goal of providing high-quality services and support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own homes and communities. We believe in the inherent dignity and worth of all individuals and strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone is treated with respect and compassion.
Our team of trained professionals is dedicated to meeting the unique needs and preferences of each individuals we serve, and we work closely with individuals and their families to create or follow personalized support plans.

Our team of trained support professionals bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our organisation and are dedicated to working closely with participants, their families, health professionals and other stakeholders in meeting the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
We proudly offer a range of flexible support services including assistance with daily self care, daily living tasks, medication management, transport, social connection, support coordination and more to individuals and families throughout multiple locations in Queensland, including the Gold Coast, Logan, and its environs.
